Shipping Information

We strive to provide reliable and efficient delivery services to customers worldwide. No matter where you are located, our team works every day to ensure orders are processed quickly and shipped as smoothly as possible.

Order Handling Time

Once an order is placed, it goes through several preparation stages including order confirmation, product preparation, quality inspection, and packaging. Orders are forwarded to our production and fulfillment team within approximately 48 hours of being placed. After receiving the order, the manufacturer typically requires up to 5 business days to prepare the item for shipment.

Delivery Time

After the preparation stage is complete and the package leaves the warehouse, it enters the shipping phase. Delivery generally takes 10–20 business days depending on the destination. Please note that in some cases shipments may experience delays due to customs inspections, international clearance procedures, or unforeseen carrier-related transportation issues.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number.
